Here is the good news: if you order for €125 or more — shipping is free! If you prefer to order smaller amounts, shipping costs will depend on the weight of the package and the country of destination. Please refer to the table below to see the prices for the standard shipping:

We usually ship within three working days after we have received your payment. If you need your order urgently, please consider paying by PayPal or credit card.
Important notice for customers from outside the EU:
The package might take up to four weeks to arrive! Please keep this in mind when ordering. You might consider using your courier account if you want your order delivered fast. In that case please send us an e-mail with your courier account information after you have placed your order. We will refund € 10 or the total amount of shipping costs if you ordered for less than € 125.
You can pay by PayPal using your PayPal account or your credit card. You can also pay by bank transfer. Please note that in the latter case it will take more time before you receive your order.
The prices you see on the site do not include VAT. Whether or not you will be charged VAT depends on the country you run your business from.
Outside the European Union
If your company is located outside the European Union and you provided us with a shipping address outside the EU then there will be no VAT applied.
The Netherlands
If your company is located in the Netherlands, Dutch VAT (19%) will always apply. You will see it in your cart.
European Union
If your company is located in one of the EU countries (except for the Netherlands) and you have provided us with your valid VAT identification number there will be no VAT applied. However if you do not have a VAT identification number or you have provided us with a number that we cannot verify as a valid VAT identification number, we will apply Dutch VAT (19%). VAT will be applied over the total sum of your order including shipping costs. Please refer to http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/lang.do for more information on VAT number validation. This information is available in all languages of the European Union.
Yes, you can! We can make beads exclusively for you with your own photography or stock photography of your choice. The prices and minimum amounts vary depending on the beads shape, material, size and image you choose. Please contact us for details!
